It’s a nice alternative to the massive east Orlando communities of Avalon Park, Stoneybrook, Eastwood and Waterford Lakes, but has easier access to Alafaya and 408 because this community is not along the main artery of Alafaya. In the past 60 days, there’s been 10 sales – six distressed sales at an average of $211,000 for 2,700 sq ft and four normal sales at an average of $237,000 for 1,900 sq ft.
